A pregnant woman is a fortunate one because the baby is a gift sent by God. Meanwhile, there are also many precautions for expectant mothers by the experts. Experts suggest that expectant mothers must stop smoking, and not be exposed to secondhand smoke. At the same time, the people around you also need to quit smoking because smoke can affect fetal development, even can cause the abnormalities for the fetus
What should a pregnant pay attention to during the pregnancy period so that they can get a health and clever child? It is still a question for us to consider. Last week, I was confused by some information from a magazine which says that light drink in pregnancy is better for health. It indicates that it does not associate with the risks and problems exposed to children. Actually, in our common mind, the professional have studied and observed the side-effect of alcohol to the developing fetus. Light drinking is not the same as the light smoking.
Studies show that children of mothers who drank every week are more likely to be hyperactive and have behavioral and emotional problems than children whose mothers chose not to drink during pregnancy. Therefore, more and more researches have stated that light to moderate drinking is not safe. So our suggestion is that please do not smoke or drink during pregnancy for it is really bad for both you and your little baby.
Due to different reasons, many pregnant women have to work during their pregnancy. There also may cause some pregnant problems during their work. Maybe some of them need to do manual labor in their work, or some of them need to use computers during their work hours or some other work that is bad for both the expectant mother and the little baby. It will increase the burden of a family if a baby is not healthy enough after it was born. So protecting an expectant mother means protecting both the mother and the little baby. Do you agree with me?
To solve these problems is also a tough task. One of my friends working in a bank recently gets pregnant and they decide to accept this baby. But another problem comes out. That is she needs to work during the first few months. And she needs to stay behind the computer during her work hours. She is very unhappy those days because computers have radiations for her baby.
